Whambox is operated by Outermost Partners, LLC ("we"). By signing in you agree to these terms.

What Whambox is

A private app for groups of friends to follow games together: post what the group is doing, comment, and keep score. Each group is run by its own admins, who decide who is in it.

Whambox does not hold money and is not a sportsbook. Anything placed is placed by a person from their own account with a provider they chose. You must be 21 or older to use Whambox.

Texts

• If you opt in, Whambox texts the number you signed in with when someone in your group posts or comments. Each text says who did what and links to it.
• How often depends on how active your group is.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to stop the texts, START to turn them back on, HELP for help. You can also turn them off on My groups.
• Opting in is never required to use Whambox. Sign-in codes are sent only when you ask for one.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your part

Post only what you have the right to share, and treat the people in your group decently. Admins can remove posts and people from their group. We can suspend accounts that misuse Whambox.

No warranty

Whambox is provided as is. Scores and stats come from public sources and can be late or wrong; check with the provider you used before relying on them. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to $100.
